I began my professional career at the ripe age of 25 and received my Real Estate license and joined Prudential Americana Group back in 2000. It quickly became evident to me that my passion, Real Estate, was my path and my future calling. Assisting clients, friends and family achieving the American Dream was so rewarding and special to me that I just couldn’t imagine doing anything else. The first couple years were trying and difficult but I was determined to make it and make Real Estate my career.

During my first year, I achieved all my goals and was offered a position to help assist Prudential in opening the New Homes Division back in 2001. I stayed active in the New Homes Division for 3 years. After that I went back into General Real Estate building up my referral business becoming a top producer within the company and continued that status year after year. As we approached the REO and Short Sale market in 2008, I created Repo Tours with Prudential, which took perspective buyers by bus around to the different homes across the Valley that were being foreclosed on by the bank. I kept this division open as we moved through the next two years of the market.

I also held free short sale and foreclosure presentation with a team of experts, ranging from attorneys to accountants to assist people with questions and their options to help them and their families through these difficult and hard times. Also around 2008 I started assisting clients with the sale and purchase of businesses as well as getting involved in the commercial Real Estate market.

I enjoyed this aspect of the business very much and decided to pursue my business brokers permit in 2012 and started focusing on business acquisitions and commercial only. I only focus on the sale or purchase of businesses and leasing, purchasing or selling of commercial real estate.
